Our new insurance company required some additional safeguards on our water line and gas line before they would insure our home. We are very happy we called Small Jobs, as they did great work for us. Their prices are reasonable, and significantly lower than the quotes from another home services company we've used. Sean did a beautiful installation of a leak-detector/shutoff valve system and a pressure reducing valve that required ingenuity to fit everything in. He also installed a seismic gas shutoff valve. Sean was careful to be sure we understood how everything worked, and helped us get the leak-detector up and running with the app. He also took the time to neatly secure the cable powering the shutoff valve, and arranged it so it is tucked out of view where possible. We couldn't be happier!

I called them and was told 49.00 to come evaluate the problem. Almost unheard of in the plumbing industry. Sean, who is extremely nice saw the problem and offered me a very reasonable option for a better repair. I agreed as it was sensible to do. There was no upsell or pressure to do it.. Sean was in an out in no time with the repair. He then gave me instructions on the use and drying time for the repair. Would I recommend this company and Sean, absolutely. This company is wonderful. I called them because I had a slow leak under my sink. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and was able to offer me an appointment within two days. The technician, Chris, showed up exactly on time. He was very professional. He immediately understood the cause of the leak and was able to explain it to me. He fixed it in under an hour. If you need a plumber, please give this company a call, they will not disappoint.

Ryan arrived on time. Diagnosed our plumbing issue. Gave an estimate and quickly remedied the problem. Small Jobs Plumbing has the best personnel. Highly recommend.

I just had a leak in my kitchen under the sink, and Ryan from Small Jobs Plumbing came out to give it a look. He was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately discovered that the problem was in my faucet, and set about replacing it immediately. An hour later, he was done, and he chose a far better faucet for us which fit the confines of our kitchen layout better. Can’t say enough good things about this experience, or Ryan’s help!

Another excellent experience with Small Jobs Plumbing. They are the only plumbers I’ll call and they always do a fantastic job. Chris was awesome and went above and beyond my expectations.
